GUSTÓ sauce “Tartar”

Tartar sauce is a classic cold sauce in European cuisine, with a delicate creamy base and piquant sour and salty accents. Our technologists create it on the basis of mayonnaise, enriching it with essential ingredients: finely chopped pickled cucumbers, herbs (parsley, green onions), and spices. They succeeded, and today Tartar sauce is the perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood. It is chosen to serve with fried and baked fish (in particular, hake fillets, cod, fish sticks), shrimp, squid, as well as French fries and cold meats.
