Sauce GUSTÓ “Georgian”

Sauce «Georgian» (Satsabeli)  is a thick tomato sauce with a complex, sweet and sour, and spicy taste with a distinct oriental piquancy. Our technologists took a Georgian recipe as a basis, combining rich tomato paste with traditional Caucasian spices (khmeli-suneli, coriander, and garlic) and herbs to give the sauce an authentic taste. They succeeded, and today «Georgian» sauce is  a true favorite of Georgian and Caucasian cuisine. It is chosen to be served with shashlik, kebab, khachapuri, poultry dishes, and also as a base for rich tomato soups and side dishes. «Georgian» sauce has a thick, slightly viscous consistency, which ensures ideal meat impregnation and reliably adheres to the product.
