Salad with baked beets, feta and Mayonnaise sauce Olis “Salad”

Ingredients

Baked beetroot — 2 pcs
Feta cheese — 120 g
Arugula or mixed salad leaves — 120 g
Walnuts — 50 g
Apple — 1 pc
Mayonnaise sauce Olis “Salad” — 120 g
Honey — 1 tsp
Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
Salt, black pepper — to taste


How to prepare

Beets. Bake in foil at 190°C for about 40–50 minutes, cool and cut into cubes.
Base. Place the arugula in a bowl, add the chopped apple and beets.
Cheese and nuts. Break the feta into pieces and lightly toast the nuts in a pan.
Sauce. Mix the Olis Salad mayonnaise sauce, honey, and lemon juice.
Assembly. Add the sauce to the salad and mix gently.


Serving

Sprinkle with nuts and freshly ground pepper.
Serve immediately while the salad is as fresh as possible.


Tips

You can add pumpkin seeds or cranberries.
Feta cheese can easily be replaced with brynza or goat cheese.
Perfect as a side dish or light main course.

Salad with ham, cheese, and Mayonnaise Olis “Fainyi”

Ingredients

Ham — 250 g
Hard cheese — 150 g
Eggs — 3 pcs
Fresh cucumber — 1–2 pcs
Canned corn — 120 g
Greens (dill or parsley) — to taste
Mayonnaise Olis “Fainyi” — 130 g
Salt, black pepper — to taste


How to cook

Preparation. Boil the eggs hard, cool them and dice.
Cutting. Slice the ham, cheese and cucumber into strips.
Base. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl, add the corn.
Dressing. Add Olis “Fainyi” mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, then mix.


Serving

Place the salad into a salad bowl or portion plates.
Garnish with greens before serving.


Tips

You can add sweet pepper or green peas.
For a lighter version, replace the ham with chicken fillet.
This salad is suitable both for everyday meals and festive tables.
