GUSTÓ Tartar Sauce

Tartar sauce is one of the most popular sauces in France, which is usually served with fish and seafood dishes. GUSTÓ offers its own interpretation of the classic recipe. To cook this sauce we combined in our recipe the natural sunflower oil (of our production), crispy pickled cucumbers, dill and parsley, onion, and garlic.

GUSTÓ Tartar Sauce is a wonderful supplement to cold appetizers of fish and mussels, scallops, and shrimp. But we advise not to stop at the ordinary combinations! Please, try serving GUSTÓ Tartar Sauce with deep-fried dishes: fish and chicken fingers, squid rings, or battered vegetables.
