Peel the carrots and rinse thoroughly. Grind on a fine grater.
Grind processed cheese on a fine grater too.
Mix the carrot and cheese puree together.
Add chopped garlic and greens. (This appetizer is a very harmonious combination of carrots and dill greens).
Add mayonnaise to the puree and mix it thoroughly. (This will result in a light orange puree).
Arrange the resulting tasty mass in tartlets, and decorate with slices of cucumbers or parsley.
