Smoked mackerel salad with green peas

Салат із копченої скумбрії із зеленим горошком
  • Cold-smoked mackerel — 200 g
  • Green apple — 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions — 1 pc.
  • Lemon — 2 lobules
  • Potatoes — 1 pc.
  • Carrots — 1 pc.
  • Chicken eggs — 1 pc.
  • Canned peas ТМ GUSTÓ — 3 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper — (to taste)
Step 1

Boil and cool: carrots, potatoes, and chicken eggs.

Step 2

Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Step 3

Peel the chicken egg as well and cut them into small cubes too.

Step 4

Cut the onion into half rings, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt it, add ground pepper, and leave for 10 minutes to soak in spices.

Step 5

Cut the apple into small cubes.

Step 6

Put all the above-mentioned ingredients in a deep bowl.

Step 7

Peel the mackerel, remove all bones, and cut the fillets into small pieces.

Step 8

Add the fish and canned peas to the salad.

Step 9

Add mayonnaise to taste and season with ground pepper and salt. Mix all ingredients and serve the salad to the table in a salad bowl.
