Put the canned green peas into a blender bowl. Add 1 tbsp. of sunflower oil, leaves from 1 sprig of mint, Italian herbs, and mix it until homogeneous mass will be received.
Bale the grain bread pieces in the oven ( croutons).
Cut the mozzarella balls into circles.
Place the mashed peas on top of the croutons, top with the mozzarella slices.
Garnish with mint leaves, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper to taste.
