Italian croutons with mozzarella

Італійські сухарики з моцарелою
Ingredients:
  • Canned green peas TM OLIS — 200 g
  • Sunflower oil TM OLIS — 2 tbsp.
  • Mint — 2 sprigs
  • A mixture of dry Italian herbs — 1/2 tsp.
  • Mozzarella — 125 g
  • Loaf of grain bread with seeds
  • Salt, black pepper — to taste
Instructions:
Step 1

Put the canned green peas into a blender bowl. Add 1 tbsp. of sunflower oil, leaves from 1 sprig of mint, Italian herbs, and mix it until homogeneous mass will be received.

Step 2

Bale the grain bread pieces in the oven ( croutons).

Step 3

Cut the mozzarella balls into circles.

Step 4

Place the mashed peas on top of the croutons, top with the mozzarella slices.

Step 5

Garnish with mint leaves, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper to taste.
