Chicken schnitzel in gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients:
  • Сhicken breasts — 2 small psc or 450 g
  • Milk — 100 ml
  • Salt — 1/4 tsp
  • Gorgonzola — 80 g
  • Cream — 200 ml
  • Vegetable oil ТМ GUSTÓ — 2 tbsp.
Instructions:
Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts horizontally to make thin schnitzels. Soak them in lightly salted milk for at least 30 minutes, (or better for an hour).

Step 2

Dry the meat with a paper towel, fry on both sides in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter.

Step 3

Dissolve the cheese in cream over medium heat with constant stirring. Remove from heat and let stand for a while to slightly thicken the sauce.

Step 4

Pour a little sauce on the plates, put the ready-made schnitzels, pour the sauce generously on top.

Step 5

Rice or pasta (tagliatelle or linguine) is ideal as a side dish.
