Baked avocado with egg

Ingredients:
  • Avocado — 1 pc.
  • Chicken egg — 2 pcs.
  • Canned corn TM GUSTÓ — 1 tbsp.
  • Black pepper salt — to taste
  • Parsley — to taste
Instructions:
Step 1

Cut a ripe avocado in half and use a knife to remove the pit.

Step 2

If the pit is small, you have to deep it by removing some pulp with a teaspoon: (an egg should fit into such a “hole”).

Step 3

Break an egg into each avocado “hole”, add canned corn and sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to taste.

Step 4

Bake it in an oven preheated to 210 ° C (410 ° F) for 15 – 20 minutes.
